Skip Policy for Ongoing Pest Plans
We’re dedicated to providing uninterrupted, full-quality pest protection with unlimited uncharged callbacks between your scheduled treatments—so your home stays shielded year-round. To keep your plan active and ensure this level of service remains available, we encourage sticking to your regular treatment schedule. Life happens, so we offer one complimentary skip per year with no fee—just reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll adjust without any charge. After your one free skip is used, if you need to skip another scheduled visit (instead of rescheduling), a 50% maintenance fee of your regular treatment rate will apply to maintain your plan’s continuous coverage, priority response, and eligibility for free follow-up callbacks.
