Morgan Home Shield is committed to delivering effective pest control, radon mitigation, and vapor barrier services with integrity. We stand behind our work: If issues arise after a paid service, we will return to fix, re-treat, repair, or adjust at no extra charge (subject to your cooperation, normal operation, and our inspection), as outlined in our warranties and guarantees.Refunds are not automatic and are provided only in limited circumstances where a job could not be completed or results were not met due to our error or inability to perform. All other payments are non-refundable once services begin or materials are committed.
When Refunds May Be Issued
We may issue a refund (full or partial, at our discretion) in these cases:

The service could not be completed due to issues on our end (e.g., unforeseen safety/access problems preventing installation or treatment).

Results did not meet expectations or standards (e.g., radon levels remain above targeted reduction post-installation despite proper system function and your maintenance), and we are unable to resolve through repair/re-treatment.

Duplicate payment, billing error, or service not performed as agreed.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
When Refunds Are Not Issued

Services that have been performed or partially completed (e.g., initial treatments, diagnostics, installations started).

Issues caused by customer factors (e.g., failure to prepare the property, unauthorized changes, tampering with systems, or conditions beyond our control like structural/environmental changes).

Dissatisfaction where we can and will remedy the issue for free (e.g., pest recurrence covered under your plan—we re-treat at no charge instead of refunding).

Inspection/consultation fees, emergency calls, or one-time services once delivered.

Prepaid amounts for ongoing pest plans if canceled mid-cycle (prorated credits toward future services may apply at our discretion, but no cash refunds for completed visits).
Pest Control Plans (No Contracts)You can cancel anytime without notice. We handle adjustments fairly:

For unused prepaid portions of the current cycle, we may offer prorated credits (not cash refunds) toward future services.

Re-treatments for covered pests are provided free during the active plan—no cash alternative.
Radon Mitigation and Vapor Barrier Installations

Once work begins (e.g., testing, materials ordered, or installation starts), payments are non-refundable.

Under our 5-year radon mitigation warranty and 10-year vapor barrier warranty (normal operation and maintenance required), we repair or replace defective components/systems at no cost. Cash refunds are considered only if we cannot achieve intended results through remediation and the issue stems from our work.
